#SumatiForMentalHealth is our social media campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of yoga on mental health. This allows yogis to share how the practice of yoga helps them mentally and emotionally. By spreading the inner benefits of this practice, we hope to remove any intimidation and false beliefs that yoga is exclusively for the flexible or for specific body types.

We aim to promote yoga to as many people as possible as a way of taking care of their mental and emotional health. We hope to encourage others to live better as they become more mindful and self-aware, which are naturally cultivated with the practice of yoga.
